I had a rather mixed experience at the resort spa. The location was fantastic, right in front of the Bannerghatta Biological Park, which was a significant highlight for me. However, the service was quite disappointing as they demanded payment upfront and were not very accommodating. The rooms were decent but lacked essential amenities like a Wi-Fi connection and were not very well maintained, which was frustrating. Overall, while the setting was beautiful, the service truly fell short and affected my stay.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the location is great, being right in front of the national park, and the facilities were enjoyable, the service left a lot to be desired. I encountered issues with the room amenities and had a tough time with the check-in process. Overall, it's a decent option if location is your priority, but be prepared for some shortcomings.
My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location right in front of Bannerghatta Park was a huge plus, allowing for easy access to nature. The rooms were spacious, but the lack of amenities like Wi-Fi and coffee impacted the overall comfort. The service was quite disappointing, especially the upfront payment policy. While the dining options included some decent grilled fish, it didn’t fully elevate the experience for me.
My stay at the resort was somewhat mixed. The rooms were spacious but lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker or TV. Service was a letdown, especially with the upfront payment demand and poor signage causing delays. On a positive note, the location near Bannerghatta National Park is great for nature lovers, and the overall value for what you get is reasonable.
I recently stayed at this resort spa, which is ideally located right in front of Bannerghatta Park. The spacious rooms were a highlight for me, although I did miss having a coffee maker and some basic amenities. While the service staff seemed well-meaning, I experienced a less than pleasant interaction regarding payment upfront. Overall, it's a nice place with its direct access to the park but has its downsides in service consistency.
